Lotherton Hall
Lotherton Hall lies on the outskirts of the City of Leeds and belongs to the Leeds City Council, formerly belonging to the Gascoine family who purchased the Hall and surrounding land in the 1800s. In 1968 the Hall, gardens, land and art collection were presented as a gift to the Council, the house also has its own small church where services are still held once a month. The house is open to the public as are the gardens and bird garden.
